Beards are not a "fashion statement" as the New York Times once touted.  They are classic.  They are functional.  They are here to stay.

Now, not every beard is the same.  I'm sure you've noticed some not-so-nice ones.  Maybe they're frizzy, or patchy, or just a little unkempt.  An example:

It's a stellar photo, but the beard?  Not so nice.

But a nice beard?  Now that is something to admire.  However, this type of beard does take a little work to attain.  But it's so worth it.  You may be wondering: Why do I need another product?  Isn't a "good beard" just really all in the genes?  Not exactly.  Here's why:

Beard oil is hydrating to the skin and helps soften and tame beard hair, which means it also acts as a styling agent.

Thanks to moisturizing oils, a little beard oil is just enough to tame those flyaway hairs and eliminate flakes (a.k.a. beard-druff).

And a bonus:

Beard oil is a natural cologne.  Ours is subtle, but lasting.  It clings to and soaks into the dry beard leaving your beard smelling good until cocktail hour (this is a guarantee).  You may not still smell it, but believe me, everyone else will.

Here's exactly how you can grow and maintain a better beard.

Steps to a better beard:

  1. Shower, clean, and condition your beard
  2. Apply beard oil: The act of cleaning your beard, daily wear and tear, and the loss of sebum (oil) from your face by your facial hair can lead to a brittle beard. Replenish natural oils with beard oil, which is designed to prevent dryness and itchiness by moisturizing both skin and beard.  The best time to do this is after a shower because our hair follicles and pores are open and can easily absorb the oil.
  3. Brush your beard: We recommend daily beard brushing as this will stimulate natural oil production as well as distribute beard oil through your beard. Always brush your beard at the very end of your beard care routine.
  4. Reapply the beard oil as necessary throughout the day: Although our beard oils' subtle scents and moisture can last all day, beard oil touch-ups help keep your hair and skin moisturized throughout the day.Typically you can use less beard oil and balm during touch ups than the original application.

  5. Repeat the above steps, keeping the following in mind: Apply your beard oil right out of the shower.  Right after a shower, your pores are more open and your skin will more readily absorb anything you put on it. So applying beard oil will lock in hydration, creating an intense deep conditioning treatment that will keep working overnight as you sleep. Trust us – you’ll wake up with an irresistibly soft and strong beard.

How To Properly Apply Beard Oil:

Place a few drops in the palm of your hand.  Rub your palms and fingers together.  Work it into your beard using your palms and fingertips while using a comb or a brush to evenly distribute the oils.

Within weeks, you will enjoy your new shiny, moisturized, "nice-looking" beard...and most importantly, so will everyone else.
